I've only seen them in Five Below Stores and online, but the prices range from $2 to $8 and they work really well. It takes about 2 coats to get the full color, and I would def use a top and base coat, but the colors come out perfectly and if you're careful, there's not much wear and tear for a few days, which is more than I can say about a lot of other brands.
